The community board is a smartboard, that allows changing the content displayed with the touch of a button. Guests and residents can easily scan the QR code with their smartphones and upload their posts.

The community board combines low-tech and high-tech, using both materials like solid wood and the new E-paper technology. The E-paper is actually an electronic device that mimics the appearance of ordinary ink on paper.
